1. Customer Agreement

Hostgrin provides professional web hosting, email services, domain registration, reseller hosting, and dedicated server solutions. By signing up for any of our services, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined here. You also commit to using only licensed and legal third-party software in connection with Hostgrin’s services. Hostgrin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be misused or violating our policies, with or without prior notice.

2. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hostgrin, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners harmless from any legal claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from services or products associated with your account. This includes, but is not limited to:

Injury or damage caused by products sold or distributed via our services.
Loss of data or files shared or stored using Hostgrin servers.
Copyright infringement or distribution of illegal or defective products.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone. Our servers must only be used for lawful purposes. Hosting or distributing content that violates any local, national, or international laws is strictly forbidden. Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to):

Copyrighted or pirated materials
Hacking tools, software cracks, or ROMs
IRC servers or related services
Pornographic, hateful, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content

4. Prohibited Content

Examples of content that is strictly forbidden on Hostgrin services include:

Proxy scripts or automated bots
Warez or pirated material
Hate speech or extremist content
Pornographic or illegal adult content
We reserve the right to review and remove any content that we find offensive, unlawful, or harmful to our reputation or network integrity.

5. Resource Abuse

Any activities that jeopardize server performance or network security are strictly prohibited. These include:

Attempting to hack or exploit any network device
Launching or participating in Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks
Hosting malware, viruses, or illegal materials
Storing pirated software, media, or any copyrighted materials
Defamation, invasion of privacy, or any abuse of intellectual property rights

Accounts found abusing server resources or engaging in prohibited activities will be suspended or terminated without refund.

6. Spam Policy (Unsolicited Emails)

Using our services to send spam or unsolicited bulk emails is strictly prohibited. Offenders will face account suspension or termination, and we may take legal or civil actions if necessary. First-time violations will result in a warning, and repeated or severe infractions may lead to permanent account termination without notice.

We also prohibit:

Hosting open relay SMTP servers
Anonymous remailers
Hosting content that supports or enables spamming activities

7. Domain Registration

Hostgrin is not a direct domain registrar and operates through partner registrars. Domains are registered via name servers unless full transfer services are initiated. A complimentary domain may be included in some hosting packages, valid for one year.
Illegal content or activity associated with your domain may lead to the disclosure of your registration details or suspension of the domain, in accordance with international regulations.

8. Premium Domains

Premium domains, identified as high-value by registries, may not be available at displayed prices due to registry restrictions. If selected, and unavailable at the listed price, credit will be applied to your account or refunded upon request. Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days. Note that payment gateway or government taxes may not be refundable.

9. Domain Renewal

Promotional domains may have renewal fees different from registration prices, based on registry guidelines. Please consult Hostgrin support to confirm renewal pricing for your specific domain.

10. Domain Transfers

Domains can only be transferred after 60 days of initial registration, per ICANN policies. Transfers will not be processed for accounts with outstanding invoices. All transfer requests should be initiated well in advance of domain expiry. Hostgrin reserves the right to reject transfer requests that do not meet policy requirements.

11. Abuse of Servers or Staff

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse of our systems or staff. This includes:

Overuse of CPU or memory resources
Attacks or harmful activities targeting Hostgrin infrastructure
Disrespectful or threatening behavior toward our support team

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund. We strive to offer 99.9% uptime, but occasional maintenance and upgrades may temporarily impact availability.
