30 Days Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting plans with a yearly billing cycle.

Refund Policy for Shared/Reseller Hosting

Refunds apply to all web hosting packages purchased with a yearly billing cycle under the following conditions:

Only one refund per customer is allowed (multiple services or accounts do not qualify).
Refunds do not cover additional services like domain registrations, migrations, dedicated IPs, etc.
Refunds are issued within 31 days after the request is approved.
No refunds for accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
If you already have a product and order a new one, the refund policy does not apply.
Refunds do not apply to upgrades or downgrades of existing services.
Any claims or disputes made through payment gateways after 30 days of service use will not be considered.

VPS/RDP Refund Policy

ll VPS and RDP services are eligible for a partial refund based on the remaining unused months.

Example: If you buy a 2-month VPS and cancel after a few days, you’ll receive a refund for 1 full month.

Fund / Credit Balance

No refunds are issued once funds are added to your wallet (credit balance).
Any refund issued to wallet credit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Backup System

We provide daily and weekly backups, but we strongly recommend that you maintain your own regular backups for safety.

Daily Backup Location: Remote
Daily Retention: 4 backups
Weekly Backup Location: Local
Weekly Retention: 2 backups

Backups are fully automatic. It is your responsibility to ensure that your backup system is functioning correctly by checking the JetBackup section in cPanel. If you notice any issues, please contact our support team immediately.

Intellectual Property Rights

Any material accessible via Hostgrin may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property laws. You must not use our network or services in a way that violates or misappropriates such rights.

If you’re using a domain through Hostgrin or its services, ensure that it does not infringe on any trademark or legal rights. Video streaming is not permitted on shared hosting plans.

Nulled Themes & Plugins

Please do not use nulled or cracked themes/plugins. These often contain malware and security risks. Hostgrin does not provide support for accounts using nulled software. If such themes or plugins impact server performance, your account may be suspended.

Adult Content

Hosting adult or sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited. Accounts found violating this will be suspended without notice.

Crypto-Related Content

Hosting any cryptocurrency-related content is strictly forbidden on Hostgrin servers. This includes crypto trading platforms and related material.

Overdue Invoices

Please ensure you pay your invoices within 15 days of the due date. Failure to do so will result in account termination and permanent deletion of all data.
